The 305 Homes Team is an Award-Winning Real Estate Team who assist clients with buying and selling properties throughout South Florida. The group’s branding incorporates the “305” area code which is synonymous with Miami and recognized throughout the world. Our primary goals are to provide clients with professionalism, confidentiality and an integrated marketing approach to sell their homes quickly and for the highest price.
The team was started by Corey Schwartz, a licensed Real Estate Broker, who has handled residential and commercial sales since 2004. As a real estate professional, Schwartz is an expert in marketing homes, negotiating complex transactions and providing clients with detailed market research.
Prior to starting 305 Homes, Schwartz founded College Town Living in 2006 to help students, parents, alumni, employees and property owners buy, sell and rent homes near the University of Miami. The company has become the most recognizable provider of collegiate real estate services in Coral Gables and the neighboring community.
Before his real estate career, Schwartz spent four years as a Corporate Sales Executive with the Miami Heat basketball organization and two years as the Director of Marketing for the University of Miami Athletic Department. He is also alumnus of the University of Miami having received his Bachelor of Business Administration in May 1999.
Juan Carlos (J.C.) Viña, a true Miami Native, has been serving South Florida with their real estate needs since 2011. Having discovered his passion for real estate at age 18, he joined RE/MAX Advance Realty where he has assisted many clients with buying, renting, and selling their homes. With a proven track record of successfully negotiating sales and closing transactions, Vina's methods are second to none.
Along with his knowledge and expertise in the Miami market, Vina prides himself on being ahead of the pack when it comes to innovations in marketing his client's homes. He brings an unparalleled energy and focus to every property to ensure his clients are informed and satisfied with their sale or purchase.
Ashlee Albert started in real estate as an administrator for a top producing team, while pursuing a degree in Business Management. This is where her interest in real estate was first developed.
Albert started her professional career with Baptist Health Foundation but, after several years working in organizational management and fundraising, she decided to pursue a career in real estate sales. She currently specializes in helping first-time buyers and leasing around the Coral Gables, South Miami and Brickell areas.
Albert was born and raised in Miami and is a graduate of Florida International University.
